Frequently asked Questions

A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-2 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 3 hours in advance. We will call the Friday before your event to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Any event cancelled less than 10 days before event date will have two options. #1 Option: 75% refund of total amount on full rental price will be returned within 2 weeks. #2 Option: event can be re-scheduled at a later date within 15 months of original rental date. 100% Refund if Rain out. No refund if inflatable delivered or pick up and it starts raining. Also customer can re-schedule event at a later time if rain out (based on availability too).
A: Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
A: Customers are responsible for power. S&K Inflatable Rentals is NOT liable for problems due to power issues. Typically, we need (1) 20-amp circuit for EACH blower; other items can NOT be plugged into the same circuit. For most homes, the backyard outlet is sufficient. We furnish one 50' extension cord. Unit needs to be placed within 50' of power source. Generators may be rented in advance if a power source is not available. No refunds will be provided if adequate power is not available on the day of the event.
