Yes, S&K Inflatable Rentals is fully insured for general liability coverage. We are only responsible for our own negligence; not yours. In reserving you items from us you will be required to sign a rental agreement and "Release and Assumption" form that lists specific terms and conditions of the rental.
A: Yes Bounce Houses $215 for delivery & set up. Or save $30 with customer pick up & return. Any delivery over 10 miles is $4.50 per mile (covers staff payroll & gas). You add any item to shopping cart & follow instructions to enter your address to determine your delivery fee cost if more than 10 miles away.
A: Yes, but once again please be aware that due to payroll & gas cost we charge $4.50 per mile over 10 miles. Example : 20 miles from our Corvallis address - 10 miles x $4.50 = $45.
A: No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-2 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 3 hours in advance. We will call the Friday before your event to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
A: No. The inflatable should be clean when you get it. S&K Inflatable Rentals cleans and disinfects after every rental. In some cases when we arrive early we might do additional cleaning & disinfecting.
A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 to 100 feet of the inflatable or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
A: We love setting up at parks, but most parks you need to check with park about electricity. We do rent generators if park does not have electricity.
A: Cash or Credit Cards. You can pay by credit card using our online rental system. Or you can pay by cash at Wacky Indoor Bounce 202 NW 3rd St. Corvallis OR 97330. Payment in full is required to reserve your items.
Any event cancelled less than 10 days before event date will have two options. #1 Option: 75% refund of total amount on full rental price will be returned within 2 weeks. #2 Option: event can be re-scheduled at a later date within 15 months of original rental date. 100% Refund if Rain out. No refund if inflatable delivered or pick up and it starts raining. Also customer can re-schedule event at a later time if rain out (based on availability too).
A: No security deposit required. But payment for inflatable rental must be paid in full at time of reservation. Suggest you plan ahead we are very busy during spring and summer months.
A: Most of our bounce houses are 15' x 15'. Dimensions required are listed online next to each inflatable. (Actual Size & Set Up Size). When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Inflatables need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the inflatable.
A: Extra large inflatables require a clear path and extra wide doorways/gates to dolly in the inflatables. Several of our inflatables weigh over 500 lbs. If customer has stairs or steep inclines an extra fee for additional staff to assist with setup.
A: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), gym floors, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on dirt or any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl inflatables..
A: Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the inflatable/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator. In 17 years we have only had one customer damage an inflatable because of heavy adults inside bounce house.
A: If there is a defect in the inflatable, there will be no charge. Depending on the situation, if the inflatable is damaged due to a preventable circumstance (example: dog chewed on it, someone cut it with a knife, sharp object on clothes, or SILLY STRING, FACE PAINT, GLITTER), then a repair fee will be incurred.
A: We expect to receive our inflatables back in a fairly clean condition. We realize that children in and out of it all day, can allow grass to enter by means of their socks. We will not charge for cleaning this. However, since you will receive a list of general rules at the time of setup, any food, drink stains, face paint, glitter or not following any other listed rule of this nature will result in a minimum $55.00 clean-up fee. The inflatable will be inspected before its packed up at your location. Or when you return it if you use the customer pick up option.
A: No. Most inflatables are not made for water play. It is not safe to play on them and it does damage to the inflatable. If water is placed on any unit, a fee of at least $150.00 will be charged. This covers the cost of cleaning and drying the unit and may cover the rental fee due to any missed rentals the next day. Takes 2 to 3 days in sunshine to completely dry inflatable.
A: Customers are responsible for power. S&K Inflatable Rentals is NOT liable for problems due to power issues. Typically, we need (1) 20-amp circuit for EACH blower; other items can NOT be plugged into the same circuit. For most homes, the backyard outlet is sufficient. We furnish one 50' extension cord. Unit needs to be placed within 50' of power source. Generators may be rented in advance if a power source is not available. No refunds will be provided if adequate power is not available on the day of the event.
